Processing & Shipping Times
- Pre-orders: All pre-order items have an estimated shipping time of 7-14 business days due to production and quality checks.
- In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items will typically ship within 2-3 business days of purchase.
- No Weekend or Holiday Shipping: We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed the following business day.
Signature Confirmation
For added security, all wig orders require a signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure your package arrives at the correct destination.
- If your shipping address does not match your billing address, a copy of your photo ID may be required to verify the order.
- Please ensure someone is available to sign for your package to avoid any delays.
