Processing & Shipping Times

  • Pre-orders: All pre-order items have an estimated shipping time of 7-14 business days due to production and quality checks.
  • In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items will typically ship within 2-3 business days of purchase.
  • No Weekend or Holiday Shipping: We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed the following business day.

Signature Confirmation

For added security, all wig orders require a signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure your package arrives at the correct destination.

  • If your shipping address does not match your billing address, a copy of your photo ID may be required to verify the order.
  • Please ensure someone is available to sign for your package to avoid any delays.

Holiday Shipping Delays

Due to the holiday season, shipping may take slightly longer than usual. We kindly ask for your patience as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

No Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions are final sale. We do not offer refunds once an order is completed and shipped.
