​1. WHO IS THE OWNER OF LUXURY HAIR EXTENSIONS BY MARY?
Mary Todd is the sole owner of Luxury Hair Extensions by Mary.
2. WHAT KIND OF HAIR DOES LHEBYMARY SELL?
We offer 100% Unprocessed Virgin Human Hair Extensions in the following textures: Straight, Body Wave, Deep Wave, and Deep Curly. We also have 5x5 HD Closures and Uncustomized HD Closure Wigs. 
3. WHAT IS UNPROCESSED VIRGIN HAIR?
Unprocessed virgin hair is hair that does not have any chemicals in it. Meaning it has never been permed, dyed, rinsed, bleached, and etc. All hair comes in its natural state except for our Brazilian Platinum Blonde.
4. HOW MANY BUNDLES OF HAIR DO I NEED?
Number of Bundles needed for a full head: 10"-12" 2 bundles | 14"-18" 3 bundles | 20"-26" 4 bundles | 28" and above 5 bundles. Keep in mind, "The longer the hair, the shorter the weft."
5. DO YOU HAVE THE HAIR IN DIFFERENT COLORS?
All hair is unprocessed, so it will come in the natural color black except for our blonde bundles. 
6. CAN THIS HAIR BE DYED?
Yes. All of our hair can be dyed. We do recommend getting a professional hair stylist to dye your hair bundles, so that you will get the best results. However, once Virgin hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin. Please be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized as much as possible, so that the hair won't become dry and start shedding or breaking off.
7. HOW LONG DOES LHEBYMARY BUNDLES LAST?
All of our hair can last up to a year or more with the proper care and maintenance. We recommend weekly or every other week co-washes to help keep your bundles clean and moisturized. You should keep your bundles in for at least 1 month to a month in a half at the most. Your natural hair always come 1st, so you may want to get your natural hair washed and re-braided! After a good co-wash to your bundles, you can reinstall your extensions when you get ready. If you need another closure, then you can purchase it from us, be sure to check out our shipping & return policy before you purchase. 
8. CAN I STRAIGHTEN LHEBYMARY BUNDLES?
Yes. You can straighten, blow-dry, curl, and style your hair extensions just as you would with your own hair. 
9. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
As of now, Luxury Hair Extensions accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express (Accepted only through PayPal checkout). You can also take advantage of Buy Now, Pay Later options through Afterpay at the checkout. 
10. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING USUALLY TAKE?
Pre-orders: All pre-order items have an estimated shipping time of 7-14 business days due to production and quality checks. In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items will typically ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. No Weekend or Holiday Shipping: We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed the following business day. Be mindful due to the holidays, there may be a delay in processing & shipping times. So please be mindful of this when making your purchase. Try to purchase your hair at least 2 weeks prior to your hair appointment.
11. WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY OR EXCHANGE POLICY?
Due to the nature of our product, Luxury Hair Extensions by Mary does not offer returns or exchanges on any of our hair. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Will only do a refund if your product hasn't been shipped out yet. If your product has been shipped out, then I can not refund your order.
